We have seen many different Lenders and Mortgage Companies go out of business and close their doors in the last year or so, making it harder for a borrower to find the right program that will benefit them the most.

Our aim is to make sure that every customer can make an informed decision on the different options that are available to them and to walk with them through the entire loan process from application through funding. All the while keeping them informed every step of the way. Having worked with a number of Realtors over the last 15 years, we have noticed the many ups and downs in the market place and the challenges that have been faced. We are excited about the recent changes in markets across the country as sales are begining to rise and inventory is moving once again. There are more Real Estate deals to be had for both Home Buyers and Investors than in recent history. Unfortunatley, at the same time many Realtors are experiencing difficulty in getting their buyers to the closing table and all too often in this climate the deals fall through.
