Thad is a life long resident of Bandera.  He graduated Bandera High School in 1995 and attended Southwest Texas University and The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Having worked in the apartment industry for five years, he managed apartment communities, served as a leasing consultant and has held many different managerial positions in the field of property management.

Thad, a licensed agent and property manager for Guilott Realty, Inc. began working with us in January of 2006.  While managing, with great finesse, over sixty-five properties with Guilott Realty, Inc., Thad is on top of every minute detail.  Thereby, making any rental or rental management transaction with Guilott Realty, Inc. a complete pleasure and rewarding experience.

Thad and his wife, Lisa, brought their two daughters, Madeleine and Cadence out of the big city so they may live the good country life their parents, did in Bandera.
