REODB Inc.is a new upstart company specializing in the development and support of management tools and practices as they relate to REO listing agents and brokerages.
Our team is made up of Realtors and technical staff sharing a unified vision of creating a better way of retrieving, managing and closing REO listings.
Technology Mechanics, Inc. is the premium I.T. Support company specializing in the support and servicing of SOHO and mid size companies. Our team is made up of computer / network technicians, database application specialist and system security specialist.
Over the course of the past 2 years we have witnessed with disbelief foreclosures of homes and commercial properties rise to unprecedented numbers. This event has created a new viable market for Realtors, but with it new challenges.
Answering these challenges has become our focus and thus area of expertise. In our efforts to more efficiently manage the day-to-day aspects of our own REO listings we have developed in-house practices, tools and documentation that has dramatically increased the number of listing in our REO portfolio, reduced our administrative overhead and increased our closing percentages.
My areas of expertise as it relates to the REO game are technology, data management and workflow process.
