Her business acuity started at the age of 7, when she started buying whole sale candy and sold it at school to her classmates and teachers, she purchased her first real estate property at the age of 20. She is a founder of Athemela Co; a high-end woman wear company. She owned a Thai restaurant and tripled its revenue within six months. Tean's accolades include: a president of Student Union at Mahidol University Thailand (the largest and oldest Medical School in Thailand), a representative of Thai students to the Asia Pacific Student Seminar in 1998, a recipient of Denise Hajjar scholarship at school of Fashion Design in 2003, and a recipient of Boston Best Young Designer Of The Year 2005 from BCAE (Boston Center For Adult Edacation). But her real passion is Real estate. She is the oldest daughter of a real estate developer in Thailand. When she was a little girl, she often accompanied her father to see real estate property, work sites, and often she would be asked for an opinion. She said "Real Estate makes me young.
