| I have been working with Dan & Nancy Schouveller in the metro for the last four years. Dan and I have closed many successful real estate transaction during that time. Now that Nancy his wife has got her real estate license they are going to run like a welled oiled machine with her ever positive attitude and super organizational skills. | My wife and I worked with Dan when we moved to the cities last year. He was friendly, professional, a pleasure to work with, and very flexible in scheduling. Instead of simply sending us a list of homes that met a certain criteria, he took the time to personally hand-pick homes then he would then send over. Much more personal than other realtors that simply wait until you call them with something their automated system sent out. We found our house on our first house hunting trip and closed within a couple of months. Many thanks to Dan for his help on finding us a great home! |

| I was lucky enough to meet Dan & Nancy through coaching their son in sports. Dan handled the sale of our house and helped us find our new home. Nancy helped out with the staging of our old house so that it presented well. Our house sold with 10 days of listing for what we were asking. Dan was honest and straightforward with his assessment of our real estate situation. I believe that is critical in a purchase of this magnitude.
