| I've had the opportunity to work with a lot of realtors over the last 10 years and I can definitely say that Tana is one of the very best. There are a lot of qualities to look for in a realtor and she excels in many, but to keep this short I'll only mention a few that are near and dear to me. One of her strengths is her consistent follow up and follow through. With the incredible number of details that are now a part of purchasing a home Tana manages a large "to do" list with timeliness and consistency. I'm not sure exactly what to call the seond trait so I'll just describe it. If you've heard the saying "whatever it takes," imagine that super-sized! Or, whatever it takes on streoids! That speaks volumes for her emphasis on customer service. The last thing I'd like to mention is what I think gets overlooked too often. Given the choice, I prefer to work with people who are pleasant, optimistic and sincere. One of the first things that will strike you about Tana is her wonderful demeanor. Put simply, she is just great to deal with on a personal level.
