After 43 years of managerial success in the competitive high-tech sector (HP, Visa International, Citibank, ANZ, others) I have decided to apply my business acumen, high ethical standards and experience to the real estate field. As former HP marketing director (with an MBA in International Business Management) who has telecommuted to the Bay Area from Lake Tahoe for seven years I have come to love and appreciate all that the Tahoe lifestyle has to offer. There is no state income tax in Nevada.

• If you tellecommute like I did you can hit ''send' just as easily from Northern Nevada as you can in California. 
• Incline Village, Nevada is exempt from automobile smog checks because the air is so clean. There are a grand total of three traffic lights in Incline Village. A traffic jam at Incline Village is about five cars in the same intersection. 
• If you have to be in the office to see a customer you can commute down and back up in one day. I know, I used to do it all the time.
• The East Shore of Lake Tahoe and the Reno area is worth the drive - Come see for yourself and you just might agree. 
• When you live on the East Shore of Lake Tahoe you can ski on your lunch hour and take con-calls in the parking lot while looking at one of the most gorgeous lakes in the world.
• There are two private beaches and a private boat ramp at Incline Village reserved for the exclusive use of the homeowners, their tenants and guests. There are several coves on the East Shore of Lake Tahoe where you can beach your boat and enjoy a beautiful summers' day in a secluded environment.
• Mt. Rose / Ski Tahoe is only 15 minutes from Incline Village and there are virtually no lift lines, even on holidays. And when you become parking-savvy at Mt. Rose, you can actually ski down from the parking lot to the chairlift.
• Interested in golf course living? This is possible at Glenbrook, Incline Village and South Reno - which is home of one of the most prestigious gated golf communities in Nevada - Montreux Golf and Country Club, a signature Jack Nicklaus design. The greens at Montreux were rated the second hardest to read on the PGA tour by Golf Digest - right behind Augusta National. (Not to worry, I can give you the inside intel on why the putts break the way they do)
• Would you believe there is virtually NO fog?
