My experience includes both commercial and residential loan closings for purchases (REO, short sale, and traditional buyer/seller), refinances, HELOCs, HECMs (reverse mortgages), and construction loans. Closings can be performed in your office, the client's home or office, or any other mutually agreed upon location.I am a member of 123Notary.com and have been awarded their Elite Certification as well as being a member of the NNA Signing Agent Section and have attained the Certified Notary Signing Agent designation (April 2003, October 2005, June 2013, and August 2014). I carry $500,000 in Professional Liability / Notary E & O coverage and have been approved to close loans for Provident Funding Group, AKA PFG Loans, Inc. I am also enrolled as a third-party closer for AmTrust and have successfully closed many eSign loans utilizing my laptop and wireless card to access their Gemstone system.
