Get to Know Susan Mangigian
I love the Delaware and Chester County areas. I've been helping people keep a roof over their heads, or buy a bigger or smaller roof, depending on my client's needs, for almost 37 years. RE/MAX Preferred has two offices to better serve the area in Malvern and Newtown Square.
I believe that everyone needs to feel like they've won something in a successful negotiation and I work hard to make sure my client's needs are met without sabotaging the transaction with ego. I like to work with buyers and sellers equally well and I think my repeat customer base speaks for itself.
If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Delaware and Chester County or along the Philadelphia Main Line, I would be honored to be the agent considered.
I have volunteered my time in the past on the Chester County Women's Commission, The school Board at Christ Memorial Church and School and as Chairperson for a local chapter of Meals on Wheels. I also was a substitute driver for this organization and previously delivered meals every Thursday. I am an avid animal lover and enjoy the company of two cats and a little dog. I live in West Chester and have two great sons that I love without measure.

| I met Susan Mangigian at an open house she held late in 2010. When she called to follow up on our impression of the house she was representing for sale, she offered to assist me in my search upon discovering that I had not yet engaged the services of a realtor. I had met with several realtors previous to our phone call but had not yet decided on any one person. While I was impressed with Susan’s credentials and certifications, it was her low key demeanor but energetic personality that made the decision to work with her an easy one. Our search for a home was a concentrated one day effort which she coordinated efficiently. She kept us on schedule yet allowed sufficient time to view 8 homes that day and I never felt rushed. She was careful to point out pros and cons for each home we looked at. I appreciated her expertise and never felt that she was trying to influence me with her opinion. The settlement process went very smoothly in large part due to her follow up with the mortgage lender and the home sellers. We spent less than an hour at the table. Overall, my experience with Susan was very good. I would recommend her to any potential homebuyer with no reservations and I plan to utilize her services in the future when I sell my home. |
