I have been a full time realtor with Coldwell Banker for 16 years and have lived in Naperville for 27years. I enjoy working with all age groups; Veterans, Baby Boomers, Generation X & Y! You'll find me very adaptable. When I have time, I like to take real estate classes. Knowledge is Power! Recently I have earned two designations, CNC (Certified Negotiation Consultant) and an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional - Real Estate Agent). I am currently working on becoming 'Certified New Homes Consultant and Residential Construction Certified". Other designations I have are; ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). Achieving all these designations helps me to be a better realtor to the buyers and sellers I work for. 2009 will be my year to master the Social Networking scene!
My 15 years in the business has brought me in many directions. I have worked with first time buyers, people relocating from all over the world, moving up, downsizing, investors, listing homes from under $100,000 to over a million. And as much business as I have done I am always looking for a challenge and an opportunity to learn something new.
