I have been in the real estate business for over 25 years in Massachusetts and Florida. While in Massachusetts in the mid 1980's I sold and managed numerous multifamily properties in the Worcester area for myself and investors. In 1987 I took my extensive knowledge to Cape Coral Florida and in 1989 I opened my own real estate company. I quickly developed profitable relationships with realtors, builders, developers and investors that made my company successful for over 20 years. Starting in 2002 I routinely closed 70-100 transactions per month and since inception I have closed over 8500 transactions. I am a hands on broker who has done most of the transactions that investors do. I am well versed in 1031 exchanges and real estate investing with an IRA or self- directed IRA.  I personally manages my  own portfolio of rental properties and investment land and own several LLC's and my own self-directed IRA. I belong to several professional associations and investment clubs including The Southwest Florida Real Estate Investors Association (SWFLREIA) and the Capital Group REIA.

Recognizing the changing real estate market I quickly established relationships with all the major banks and asset management companies to be a preferred agent in handling their REO business. Since 2007 I have sold hundreds of foreclosed properties and an expert in the field of distressed real estate.
