Get to Know Sherri Underthun
I began being interested in Real Estate in the 1960's. My grandmother sold Real Estate and I was allowed the privilege to go to some of the open houses. I helped her where ever I could. I bought my first property when I was 21 and have bought and sold several properties since then.
I throughly enjoy helping people reach their goal of homeownership. It is important to me to have the people I help be happy with their new home, or their sale, for months and years after the closing.
I have been a full time REALTOR since I started working as a professional. I currently hold the following designations: GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute); e-Pro (for being able to utilize technology to market properties); ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative); Broker in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.
I founded My Place Realty, INC because I wanted to offer solutions for home buyers and sellers the "big box" corporations can not afford to offer. My agent(s) and I strife to make the process fun, exciting, and as stress free as possible.

I have experience with REO's, first time home buyer's, first time home sellers, and have listed and sold a range of houses from the inexpensive to the very expensive.
