I have more than 15 years of experience in the real estate business and have demonstrated my versatility by building a successful real estate business working with buyers, sellers, developers and builders.  I earned my Certified Sales Professional in new construction and Accredited Buyer Representative designations, and broker licenses in both Kansas and North Carolina. 

I have worked with developers from the inception of their vision for a new community, helping to negotiate the projects through the zoning and planning stages, engage premier custom home builders for the builder programs, establish successful sales and marketing plans, and set up on-site sales offices for the communities. 

A diverse and rich history of business experiences has contributed to my ability to take on new projects and challenges.   Prior to a career in real estate, I was probably best known as an Arabian horse lover.  I created a successful breeding/showing program with a five-time national champion Khemosabi mare, along with daughters of other national champions, and raised and showed my  beloved Arabians to regional and national recognition.  They are now enjoying a well deserved retirement on a family farm near Pinehurst, North Carolina.   I also started and grew a pottery manufacturing company that saw demand for our products extend to Europe. 

My husband and I live in Leawood with our German Shepherd, Belle, and our Jack Russell, Khemosabi (of course).
