The Traditional Listing Package offers the ultimate in preparing your home for sale.  A home staging consultation will give you the tips and tricks needed to make your home stand out in the crowd.  Once your home has been staged, interior and exterior photos will be taken and uploaded to the MLS as well as the many various websites that Property Bin subscribes to.  Staged homes attract the widest range of potential home buyers, receive more showings, typically sell faster and for more money than homes that have not been staged.  Can you really afford  not to do it? This professional service is provided at no charge to new listing clients of Property Bin LLC.

Home Sellers can offer their property for sale in the MLS for a flat fee of just $399.  This economical option is best suited for savvy customers who understand the real estate transaction process and would like to save thousands of dollars in real estate commissions.  We know that the Entry Only program  doesn't work for everyone. We offer the option to convert to our  traditional listing package at any time and  receive a credit for your initial investment.
