Hello, My name is Marc Pellettiere and I work for Scoggin Properties / GMAC Real Estate located in Covington, LA. My Broker, Steve "Skip" Scoggins, has been a Certified Appraiser for over 21 years and a Licensed Real Estate Broker for over 18 years. I myself have personally invested in Real Estate for 13 years, but have only been licensed for 2 years. I began my career Monday August 29th 2005. A day that will live in Infamy for the State of Louisiana. Sweet Katrina. :) I love Real Estate and I should have gotten my license 13 years ago, however I have not regrets. I would not have some of the knowledge and experience that I do have if I would have traveled a different path.
