I have been in the real estate industry since 1980.  I began my real estate carreer in Colorado and later moved to Arizona.  I have a broad range of real estate experience from residential to commercial. 

On the residential side I have worked with buyers and sellers, corporate relocations and was a Fannie Mae agent handling their lender owned properties. 

On the commercial side, I have handled transactions including office and retail buildings, multi family, mobile home parks, an apple orchard and vacant land. 

In my role as an investment banker, I worked with owners of companies and commercial holdings who were looking to sell, merge, raise capital or position themselves to go public.  The money raises could take on the form of equity (sale of company stock thru various forms) or debt (actual loans to the company secured in many different ways.  Companies that were trying to position themselves to go public frequently neededed to reveiw their corporate structure (type of corporation, issued and outstanding stock, type of stock, etc), financials (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis) their Board of Directors, Advisory Committees and their senior management team.
