I have over 20 years experience in various areas of the real estate industry.   I am an active broker, property manager, general contractor and real estate investor.    I untilizing my experience to connect buyers and sellers, landlords and renters, and investors to investment properities.  

When working with buyers, I use my general contractor experience to help them select the right home -  understand the cost of any upgrades, providing an overview of potential concerns or areas they want to have inspected, understand how the home is constructed and providing them ideas on how to make a new house feel like their home.

When working with sellers, I use my experience (ePro, CDPE, Luxury Home Marketing Training, General Contracting) to identify potential issues that might cause their home to have an extended time on the market.  I help them understand what repairs they need to do and associated cost to bring top $$.   I also work with them after a home inspection to get the right trades in to make repairs so that they can ensure their  buyers are getting a good home.

I also work with landlords and investors in finding properties that meet their financial goals.   Most of the investors I work with are new to real estate investing so I spend time educating them on the ins and outs of long term and short term rental properties.  I work with clients to understand the pros and cons of self management vs utilizing a property management company. 

I am passionate about older houses and love it when I get to help a buyer select a home and then help them redesign/remodel it to make it their home!
