I have been in the mortgage business since 2003 and have loved every minute of it! (Well almost). Depending on who you talk to, you can get mixed feelings about our industry and it is understandable. Alot has changed over the past few years and I have witnessed many close friends and former associates exit the business as a result. I have been fortunate enough to stay successful in these trying times and would probably attribute most of that to strong referral relationships and the ability to dare I say it! Call Leads.... I feel I have a lot to offer any potential client or referral partner for that matter when it comes to giving an upfront and ethical approach to the business...I am accessible morning,noon,night, and weekends and literally live 5 minutes from my office. From my experience it can be very difficult to get that kind of one on one attention from a loan officer at the local bank or especially from a lender calling you over the phone that is on the other side of the country.
