I've been living on the Big Island since 2001 and bought my first  lot in   1998.  In 1999, I began clearing and planting to develop a farm and nursery.  After selling my nursery in 2006, I began my career in real estate. In addition to basic real estate courses, I have taken several appraisal courses.  I have a BS. in Biochemistry and 17 years of research experience.  I learned the essentials of business and data manangement during the development of my nursery and farm.  I regularly attend seminars and training to keep my real estate knowledge up to date.
