ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative With over 40,000 members, REBAC is the largest association of real estate professionals focusing on all aspects of buyer representation. Over 30,000 ABR® designees have completed the REBAC course, passed the test and provided documentation of buyer agency experience. ABRM, Accredited Buyer Representative Manager Geared to real estate firm brokers, owners and managers that have or wish to incorporate buyer representation into their daily practice, designees have taken and passed both the ABR® and ABRMSM course and provided documentation of past management experience. CRS®, Certified Residential Specialist® Agents can maximize their potential by earning the CRS® Designation and joining the organization that has served top-producing residential sales agents since 1977. The more than 35,000 CRS® Designees benefit from nationwide referral opportunities, a professional image that attracts customers, and sales and marketing support. The CRS® Designation is awarded to experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements.
CRB, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation is recognized industry-wide as the measure of success in brokerage and real estate business management. The designation is awarded by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers to REALTORS® who have completed the Council's advanced educational and professional requirements. CRB designees consistently increase their level of industry knowledge, advance their earning and career potential, increase their firm's profitability and benefit from active involvement in our network of real estate professionals.
Licensed: Steve was first licensed to practice real estate in Pennsylvania in December of 1988 and has been licensed as an Associate Broker in PA since 1992. Currenlty, also licensed as his company's Broker in the State of Maryland.
REALTORS® Association Participation: Steve has twice served as President of the PENMAR Regional Association of REALTORS® Association which includes Franklin County and Fulton County in Pennsylvania and Washington County in Maryland.
Related Organizations: Steve currently serves on the board of directors for the largest multiple listing service in the country, the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc., which provides service to parts of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Additionally, Steve is Co-Chair for the Regional Lockbox Corporation which provides volume buying power for most of the REALTORS® in the MRIS area, approximately 40,000 strong.
Civic Organizations: Steve has served on the board of directors for the Greater Chambersburg Area Chamber of Commerce and the 21st Century Partnership, an group of both governmental and private sector leader helping the community plan for a better future. Steve routinely attends Chambersburg Area School board meetings and well as various other area municipal meetings to insure his knowledge of his local community is second to none in the industry.

Military Experience: Retired after 20+ years of active duty as a Chief Warrant Officer with the HAWK and PATRIOT Air Defense Missile Systems with two tours in West Germany and one in South Korea. Duty stations within the United States include Fort Bliss, Texas; Key West, Florida; Redstone Arsenal, Alabama; Fort Knox, Kentucky; and Letterkenny Army Depot, Pennsylvania.
An Associate Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and a Broker in Maryland with over 20 years experience working with both Buyers and Seller. A RE/MAX owner since 1995. RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.
