Having spent a number of years in the Savings and Loan business, in 1987 I went from most people's dream job of managing 120 branch offices and 2000 people to becoming a Real Estate Broker and just managing me!  I have never looked back.  I live in San Diego, specifically Rancho Bernardo which is a community of San Diego.  Rancho Bernardo was started in 1962 as a retirement community but now it is only about 15 percent retirement now.

The Campbell Group (my wife, Linda, Tesha Buchan and me) works primarily by referral from our past clients and associates.  We have had a big business where we did 60-70 transactions per year employing a transaction coordinator, several buyer's agents, and a secretary.  Ten years ago we decided that type of business was taking us away from personally staying touch with our clients so we scaled back.  Now we do 25-40 transactions and spend our time cultivating and caring for our clients...it really works.
