| During the transaction, Stephen learned as much as he could about me and my real estate needs. I was unfamiliar with the Metro DC market and relied on Stephen's knowledge of neighborhoods, investment properties and construction quality. When the negotiating stage got tough, Stephen counseled me and helped hold the deal together. I respected his opinions, knowledge, intuition as well as his ability to close a difficult deal under a tight time deadline.
