I've been in the industry since 1975, with a focus on making Loan Officers successful in getting transactions closed quickly, efficiently, and smoothly for their Realtor Clients and customers. Having started up several Mortgage Banking operations for Community Banks has given me an in-depth understanding of this great industry. Keeping Loan Officers successful and happy has allowed me the opportunity to work as a past consultant to Banks and Mortgage Brokers alike. I am a past President of Oregon Association of Mortgage Brokers.
Certifications
My strengths are dealing with people, and closing difficult loans. I know this industry from purchase through loan servicing. I've given numerous talks about the industry/market using simple explanations to describe complicated issues. I also train my Loan Officers how to make educated decisions about the market and pricing rather than a "best guess." You must be a student of this industry to be truly successful, and to offer your customers the best product/service possible. I am a student of this industry!
