Right now we are in a Buyers Market. What makes it a Buyers Market? There are more homes for sell then buyers. Buyers can bargin with sellers. Interest rates on home loans are still low. Basic Supply & Demand determines the way the market will go. History also plays a role in Real Estate. If you ever thought about buying more then one home, this is the time.
Home prices are adjusting and will be for awhile before it gets better. We have lots of homes for sale to bargin with. Ther are more Standard sales then past years. The interest rates for home loans are still low. However, they are starting to increase. Real Estate has history and for the record, I believe in it. Real Estate will be a stronger long-term investment and will usually produce positive results for you.
Can I still Sell a house in todays market? YES, you better believe it. I will market the home and expose it to lots of Buyers.
