I am proud to say that I truly do love what I do, and it is reflected in the way I conduct my business every day. My customers have my full attention, whether it be on the buying or selling side. I have been licensed to sell Real Estate in Florida since 1985 and have experienced the ups and downs of the Real Estate market. | Stefanie is a fantastic agent. There wasn't a question that she couldn't answer. And if she didn't know the answer, she would call us back with it almost immediately. It doesn't matter if the market is up or down, real estate is fast paced, and she can keep up and deliver! Not many agents can. | Stefanie was absolutely wonderful. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, I did know the price range, but I had no experience in looking or let alone buying a home! I have been an apartment renter for years. She was available via phone, text, email almost all the time! she answered all my questions, actively searched for months until we found the right house! Stefanie sat with me for hours explaining all the paperwork as I was so overwhelmed. She even helped me get an inspector, a mortgage person, an alarm company, an insurance guy, and they were all wonderful too! Of course we had bumps in the road but she helped me through them all the way even past move in! I can't say enough nice things about her. |
