Qualifications and Certifications include Broker/Owners of Red Mountain Realty started in January of 2008. Certified Residential Specialists (CRS). Nationwide there is less than 4% of all Realtors hold this designation and that 4% sells over 32% of all Real Estate nationwide. CRS is the highest designation a Realtor can have. It is like having a PHD in Residential Real Estate Marketing. This designation sets us apart from the other 96% of Realtors nationwide.

Our Specialty and Expertise is working with Sellers of residential Real Estate in SW OKC and Moore. Having sold and closed hundreds of homes shows our Marketing and Staging expertise. We have highly trained buyer agents to assist us in showing homes to qualified buyers.
We belong to the strongest Referral system nationwide that there is. Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) proves to be the best organization nationally. When we refer to another CRS we know that this agent has the prior experience of selling and closing a minimum of 75 homes, has the marketing experience and funds needed to work with my referred customer. 75 sales does not sound like a lot, but an average full-time agent only sells an average of 10 homes per year. Get the picture? If a person has the CRS Designation and training, they have proved to be a high producer. Don't settle for less. It doesn't cost you any extra to work with a CRS, but it can cost you extra if you don't work with a CRS.
