StageRight Home Staging & Redesign has been helping homeowners, Realtors, builders, and investors sell properties in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire since 2007.  As an interior decorator specializing in home staging, owner Suellen Lassetter, not only knows how to create a beautiful space, she knows what it takes to sell that beautiful space.  She received her staging credential as an International Staging Professional through the QC Design School and is a member of RESA, the Real Estate Staging Assocaition, where she is currently serving as President of the San Gabriel Valley Chapter.

StageRight offers several staging packages for occupied, vacant or bank owned properties, as well as Redesign and Interior Decorating services.  We will work with any budget to meet the needs of each project.

Consultations - primarily for occupied properties.  We will meet with the homeowner and/or agent to create the best plan for preparing the property for a quick sale, including any updating projects that might be necessary.  We will do a verbal walkthrough or provide a written report for the seller to use as a guide and will work along with the seller to complete projects as needed. Occupied Stagings - using the homeowners' own furniture and accessories (supplemented if needed), we will create a space that maximizes the best features of the property and minimizes its shortcomings. Vacant Stagings - StageRight offers 3 levels of staging for vacant properties: minimal, moderate, and full staging.  Depending on the budget available, we will provide furniture and accessories that are appropriate to the style and listing price of the property, creating a space that is appealing to a broad range of buyers. Redesign - for clients that have recently bought a new home or anyone who wants to create a new look on a tight budget.  Redesign is the art of redecorating a space by editing and rearranging existing furniture and accessories to create a fresh look, improve traffic flow, and improve the use of the space. Interior Decorating - From paint color selection to a full makeover, StageRight works with clients to create a space they love.

Occupied Staging:
