Stage Mothers will work with residential and commercial properties. We offer our services to realtors and homeowners as well as business offices, builders, contractors and special events.
We offer home staging to the metropolitan Charlotte area. Along with consultation packages for agents we also offer complimentary staging seminars which explains how staging works and how it will add value to your business.
How Our Home Staging Service Works
Once decision is made to put home on market, real estate agent or home owner contacts us Stage Mothers does initial walk through and comes up with a plan that may or may not include; adding or removing furniture, landscape ideas, paint suggestions and space planning. Owner boxes up personal items to ready home as outlined by stager If needed, subcontractors come in and do painting and repairs. Stagers come in and create rooms that have universal buyer appeal Home Is Ready To Show!!In addition to our core business of home staging for real estate sales, we also offer space planning/organization, room re-design, home staging with Feng Shui principles, holiday decorating and special events.
We can also offer a good resource of painters, electricians, carpenters, tile and flooring. contractors.
Our prices are based on services by the hour or a flat rate. Special rates for Realtors in packages of 6 and 12 on our home staging consultation service.

Stage Mothers was an idea that was years in the making. After raising six kids and moving over 12 times in 20 years I learned how to "cut the clutter", downsize, upgrade and streamline our lifestyle. I understand exactly what it takes to turn a house into a marketable product and help get it sold quickly. A commitment to excellence and a clear understanding of what motivates the buyer is what drives our business today. My partner, Fred Brazzell with an art/design background is also an expert in Feng Shui principles which we can incorporate into our staging service.
We are both members of RESA(Real Estate Staging Association) and have earned designations as Home Staging Experts as well as Feng Shui Staging Professionals.
