Coats decided to change the direction of her profession to something more creative and gratifying. She left her corporate career and started Staged to Engage Inc. which offers Home Staging, Interior Redesign and Color Consulting services in Metro Detroit and Greater Toledo area.

With her experiences and her MBA education with a concentration in Marketing, Coats is well positioned to help identify a home's target market, the emotional buying triggers of the home, and repackage the home through design.

Coats has developed marketing programs and designed visual displays and ads that helped generate hundreds of new customers for a growing start-up business. She knows how to attract buyers through marketing concepts and design. 

A professional stager can do for a home what a professional marketer can do for a product. Attract buyers to the product by re-packaging it to appeal to the widest target market. This is the whole intent of staging...repackaging a home in such a way that it will attract most buyers in that target market.
