Stacy Dillard has been in the real estate industry since 1984. She created and developed a successful real estate company during a "down market".  Her dedication to helping others to succeed drove the office to rank in the top 1% in the region.  She expanded the company to two locations before selling it and moving across Tampa Bay to be closer to life-long friends and family.

As a Real Estate Licensee, Stacy consistently ranked in the top 1% of Agents in her region. In 2002, she doubled her production and income after hiring a Real Estate Business Coach who helped her apply effective time planning strategies to her business and her life, by implementing effective systems and models, Stacy's business took on a life of its own that allowed her to enjoy her life.  She is dedicated to education in the industry and spends time in training every month.

Stacy found that the most rewarding and enjoyable part of her business was using her God given talent to coach, consult and train others to build their businesses and balance their lives.  After selling her business in 2005, Stacy committed full time to training, coaching and consulting Real Estate Agents to build their businesses to enrich and fund their lifestyles. 

Stacy opened The Real Estate Shop in 2011.  The Real Estate Shop is a fresh, boutique real estate company with a mission to help buyers and sellers make a fresh start in this new real estate market.  We believe that home ownership matters and sound investing in real estate is the key to a bright future. Based on the premise that business is for profit and used to fund a life; Stacy strives to help her agents and clients reach a balance of running a highly successful and rewarding business while living an enjoyable life.
