Bruce Pulford: Realtor for seven years. BS, Business Administration, University of Minnesota. Bruce bought and sold homes for a profit (flipped homes) with a partner for five years before becoming a Realtor. Prior to that he managed a crating company in Phoenix. He is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Certified Relocation Specialist. He has lived in Duluth and Minneapolis, Minnesota; Kansas City; and Gilbert and Mesa, Arizona.

Sheila Pulford: Master's degree-University of Phoenix, BS in Business Administration-University of Colorado, ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), Certified Negotiation Expert, MSSC (Master Short Sale Consultant), Certified Relocation Specialist, AHWD (At Home with Diversity), Realtor for nine years. Sheila was an executive with AT&T for many years and lived in Denver, Colorado; Somerville, New Jersey; Jacksonville, Florida; Overland Park, Kansas and finally Mesa, Arizona, so she knows all about relocating!

We enjoy working with both sellers and buyers. We are with Solutions Real Estate, a brokerage with over 300 Realtors and growing. We have worked with both local sellers, buyers and out-of-state buyers.

We love living in Arizona for the sunny days and outdoor living. We have a mischievious Miniature Schnauzer named Scooby. We love to walk, read and  spend time with friends and family. We are community minded and donate to the Arizona Humane Society, Goodwill and American Cancer Society. We devote time to Mesa's Save the Family Organization and Arizona Blankets for Kids.

We have a daughter, son-in-law and grandson living in the Kansas City area. Our daughter is a fourth grade teacher, our son-in-law is a massage therapist and our almost-two year old grandson is just plain fun!
