David & Kay Spring specialize in the Citrus County Florida residential communities of Pine Ridge, Citrus Hills, Citrus Springs and Lecanto. 

They chose the Citrus County area to live and work because of the mild temperatures, open spaces and close proximity to all that Florida offers. 

They entered the business world as web designers and business owners when they launched an award winning, web design firm in Clearwater Florida. They sold the business to begin their career in the Real Estate Industry, earning their real estate licenses in both Alabama and Florida. They truly enjoy being involved with anything related to real estate. 

Through the years they have sold commercial property, new homes, vacant land, assisted with short sales, foreclosures and rental properties. But they soon discovered that residential resales is where they prefer to invest their time. 

As business owners with years of extensive online marketing experience, David and Kay are acutely aware of how valuable that knowledge has become in the marketing of real estate. Their attitude of forward thinking is what sets them apart; they embrace the ever-changing world of real estate and all the new technology that is key to being successful in the marketplace.

Kay recently earned her Military Relocation Professional certification through the National Association of Realtors. She and David are proud to be able to assist Military Veterans with their real estate investments.
