Hello & welcome to my site!
I am Toni Spott with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and I have been a Real Estate Sales Agent for the last 6 years and I can say I have truly been enjoying myself!
I am a Native Californian but I now live in Bay View, Wisconsin. I chose Bay View because of my need to be near the water or what passes for my little ocean. It's a suburb of Milwaukee, just 7 minutes out of downtown so we have a great small commuinty feel and yet so close to the metropolitian fix that I need occasionally. I am very involved in the Bay View community not only because I choose to raise my family here but because giving back is always a good thing and eveyone benefits.
I am also on the board of Indepence First, bringing awareness to the community, of people with disabilities and their ability to do just as much as the rest of the world! Inclusion not exclusion!
I am passionate about all that I do and Real Estate is definatly one of my passions. I run my busines in the full circle of life. What goes around comes around and I always try to remember that. I have aquired so many great friends that were once my clients (and still are!). I am much richer because of this.
