While finishing her M.A. in English at DePaul University, Sarah worked for BuyOwner, a FSBO real estate marketing firm in Chicago. Growing up on the east coast, she fell in love with antique fixer-uppers and waterfront cottages. In adulthood, she developed an interest in the broader market, writing for Redfin, BuyOwner, and a plethora of snarky media sites.
