Good Question~What sets one realtor apart from another?  Why are some so successful and others let great clients slip right thru their fingers.  To me it's the personal touch.  It's been my experience that the general public feels as though anyone in sale is a "scammer".  They are always on guard in that they don't believe the agent truly is looking out for their best interest, just the interest of their wallet.  Unfortunately I've seen it with my own eyes~agents that are just looking to close one deal and move on to the next.  Agents that will do or say whatever it is they think their clients would like to hear.  It makes it really hard for me to win those clients trust back.  They need to see you're truly dedicated to their happiness.  I treat my clients as if they are family and make them feel as comfortable with me as if they would with someone they've known all their lives.  I encourage them to ask questions and let them know that I am working with them as their ally, not against them to close a deal.  By the time my clients go to the closing table, they feel as though they have a friend in the business.
