We at Southern Property Inspection, LLC believe in quick response and quality customer service. We understand that buying a new home can be stressful and sometimes over whelming. Between choosing the right neighborhood, negotiating price, and setting up financing, finding time to take a good look at your new house can be challenging. It is our goal to help ease your mind during this process by taking the time to perform a complete and thorough inspection of your future home.
Certifications
Our primary focus points are safety issues and maintenance needs. We will visibly inspect the exterior of the house, the visible structual components, the roof, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems, and the interior of the house. We will examine all accessable locations of the house to include the attic and the crawlspace if the house has a raised foundation. If safety allows, we will walk the roof of the house to more closely evaluate the roof coverings and flashings.
