HOW DO WE WORK?

Westcoast interiors home staging can help you stage your home to sell in one of two ways: Option 1)  one hour consultation with a professional homestager for the do-it-yourselfer on how to stage your home to sell. We provide the guidance and tailor a checklist specifically for your home to maximize your homes potential. Option 2) free in home estimate for a full homestage. We can work within your budget by working with your furnishings and/or provide homestaging accessories and furniture. Homestaging usually takes a day sometimes two depending on the size and complexity. We provide all additonal services such as painting, plumbing, and other residential trades if required to make your home as attractive as possible to buyers. HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Stefania Ottosen and Michael Ottosen are owners of Westcoast Interiors. 

Stefania is an Interior Designer and specializes in computer aided designs, space planning, colour coordinations, and decorating.  After staging her own home (which sold in under 3 weeks) a passion for Home Staging emerged. 

Michael Ottosen is a contractor and has built several houses. He specializes in renovations, painting, interior and exterior finishing and construction.
