Mr. Pheffer began his real estate career in 1979 in Marin County while a student at Golden Gate University; (BA Pre-Legal Studies, 1980). He has successfully transacted in excess of 550 real property transactions since 1986, in some cases representing as many as three generations of a single family.

In April 2010 Mr. Pheffer earned the exclusive CCIM* (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, demonstrating his exceptional knowledge and particular expertise in the commercial disciplines. However, Mr. Pheffer enjoys equal satisfaction from assisting a first time home buyer or a retiree on fixed income as he does working with his seasoned investor clients.

Mr. Pheffer worked for a variety of real estate companies including the Prudential California Realty Affiliates and RE/MAX spanning the first 27 years of his real estate career.  In 2008, Mr. Pheffer became an independent broker.
