Goal
My goal is to simplify the process of buying, selling and renting real estate, as well as finding good investment opportunities while building successful and prosperous relationships with my clients. As a professional, I strive to consistently exceed all expectations through honesty, principles and dependability. I use my knowledge and academic background to conduct business in the most intelligent and informed manner, offering my clients expert services and results.
Personal Background
As a successful contracts analyst of various consulting and non-profit organizations, I decided to explore the Real Estate arena due to my personal passion for Real Estate and Real Estate investment. Originally from Ukraine, I have an undergraduate degree from Kiev State University in French and English Languages and a MA degree from George Mason University in International Commerce and Policy. I have had the opportunity to experience the vast amount of opportunities available to investors of all ranges. I have gained important insider knowledge of the housing market and learned many tricks of the trade , which I successfully implement in my professional life and also use for my own investment projects.

| As a first time buyer I was so lucky to have found Snezhana. With her I felt confident that I was being guided in the right direction. Snezhana is experienced and knows the market very well. I probably asked her the same question one too many times but she was always very patient. She is on top of her game and would always respond immediately to my emails/calls. As we got near to the closing, she was excellent at making sure we were sticking to our deadlines and that everything on both sides (buyer/seller) was being taken care of.
