Shelley J. Naiser has a background in marketing and media management and has been in the Houston real estate industry since 2005. She has both residential and commercial experience including leasing Class "A" office space in downtown Houston's premier office buildings. She left the commercial side to focus strictly on residential real estate--specializing in the purchase and sales of single family homes, long-term leasing and luxury residences. Most recently Mrs. Naiser was named the Top Producer 2009 within the her associated firm. Mrs. Naiser represents both sellers and buyers.    She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from McNeese State University ('99) and has completed graduate coursework in marketing, finance and communications. She is a Member of the Greater Houston Area Chapter McNeese State University Alumni Association, a Member of Houston Association of REALTORS (HAR) the largest individual membership trade association in Houston, and the largest local Association/Board of REALTORS® in the United States, Texas Association of REALTORS (TAR), National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Houston Indedpendent Real Estate Brokers Association (HIREBA), Women's Council of REALTORS (WCR), Member of the Heights Kids Group, President of the Bellaire Area Mothers of Multiples, Member of National Organization of Mothers of Twins Club, Member of St. Mark's Methodist Church, Lifetime Member of Epsilon Alpha Epsilon Women's Honor Fraternity and a is Parent Educator for ViaCord - promoting awareness and educating expecting families about cord blood banking.    Having worked under several talented brokers with several different companies, Mrs. Naiser's desire to direct and control her own business ventures led her to open her own brokerage firm.
