My name is Susan Lehman and I am a Sales Associate with Keller Williams Realty in Alabaster. After a 24 year career of helping students with special needs overcome their learning challenges and reach their potential, I'm excited to be entering a new career in real estate. | We arrived in Shelby County in June 2013. By August in the same year, we bought our new home (closed on August 2nd). Thanks to this wonderful agent, Susan Lehman, she made our dream come true! Susan is a very dedicated and motivated real estate agent. She helped and assisted us a lot throughout the process since we're first time home buyers. Her patience and consistency in offering her service are top notch. We're so glad that we came in contact with her (after being referred by my in laws who also used her service to purchase their home). We closed the deal for our home within 30 days since the contract was signed. We went through home inspection, mortgage loan approval and also flood inspection - everything was terrific! We definitely recommend everyone in the area to use her service. |

| I was very impressed with Susan right from the get go. She arranged for us to meet at her office to discuss my needs in a home. One of the questions she asked me was what did I expect from her as a realtor which both surprised and pleased me. We had a very worthwhile meeting that day and she immediately went to work for me. We looked at many houses over the next few months and never showed me one, that was contrary to what I was looking for. I valued the input I received from her on each and every house. I finally decided on a HUD home which required pretty much all different paper work than a normal home sale. She guided me through every step of the process which can be frustrating to say the least and made it very "painless". I would highly recommend Susan to anyone requiring the services of a professional Realtor whether buying or selling, commercial or residential. |
