I am a Real Estate Consultant, not a sales person.  My job is to make sure my clients have the information they need to make the best informed decision when they take their Next Step in Real Estate.  I am the main resource for my buyers and sellers for real estate information.  Showing buyers listed homes is just the beginning...I research the property's history, comparable current and sold listings, provide community information and a list of vendors for lenders, home inspection, insurance, moving, etc.  I guide both buyers and seller through the contract process, from the initial offer to the closing.  I go beyond listing the seller's home in the MLS, putting a sign in the yard and a lockbox on the door.  Advising my seller on how to prepare their home for showings...decluttering, cleaning and staging, holding Realtor and Public Open Houses, marketing the home through multimedia channels - internet, print ads, email. 

I am here to answer their questions...if I don't know the answer, I use my resources to find the answer.  My goal is to make a positive difference in my clients lives by helping them to take their Next Step in Real Estate.
