Steve was born & raised in MA and resided in NH with his wife and daughter for 24 years before moving to Florida in 1997. During his career he has held positions with Fortune 500 companies as an accountant, financial analyst, tax consultant and business systems analyst as well as insurance and securities sales. For some 20 years he worked part-time for a custom home builder in New England gaining hands on experience in residential home construction. Licensed to sell real estate in Florida since 2002. He spent several years in general real estate and selling homes for several custom home builders. He holds a BA in business and accounting, an MBA, a Graduate Certificate in Taxation, a Graduate Certificate in Client Server Applications Development and a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. His favorite sports are running, biking, kayaking, swimming and saltwater fishing. He has a passion for excellence and cares deeply about making sure customers are happy and satisfied. Friends and customers describe him as a man of integrity and trust worthy. He believes in building lasting relationships.
