With a background in both international real estate and country club management, Stephen Jara has extensive knowledge about diverse properties across the globe. Currently a Broker Associate with Corcoran.  Previously held the positions as  Senior Vice President at William Raveis Real Estate, Golden Bear Realty, Vice President of Operations for Mountain Sotheby’s International Realty and as President and Managing Broker of Pristine Properties International, Steve has held management positions with numerous Florida country clubs. Although Steve’s management experiences relate directly to The Bear’s Club in Jupiter, Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, The Little Club in Gulfstream and PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, his experiences within the industry have helped him develop a unique perspective to the real estate market.

Known for his integrity and determination, Steve maintains the highest degree of professionalism when assisting his clients. He works tirelessly to ensure that each client’s needs are met by identifying and delivering on each niche or specific need. Steve has been developing a market for blending real estate with “Luxury Communities” to assist in the sales of both properties and memberships. CMAA Magazine, Club & Resort Business Magazine and Golf Club Management Magazine featured an article Jara authored in 2012, titled, “The Answer to Increasing Membership May Be Controlling Your Club’s Real Estate Operation.”  Private Club Realty Group was awarded 2023 Boardroom Magazines "Excellence in Acheivement" Award.

As a Florida native for over 59 years, Steve enjoys getting involved with the community and spending time outdoors. Currently an affiliate member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA), Steve served as an active member of the organization for 13 years. He also served on the Board of Directors for Delray Dunes Golf and Country Club, as the Past Vice President of the Okeechobee County Board of Realtors, past Palm Beach Soil & Water Conservation District seat 3 Board Supervisor, Board Member of Florida Farm Bureau and as President of the Rod and Gun Club of Florida.
