I have been in the mortgage industry since 2000. I'm proficient in all lending guidelines as well as extensive knowledge with (all) income documents which will allow for a quick and accurate pre approval for my clients.
Main focus is to close the loan on the close date with a smooth customer oriented efficient process. Communication is the key.
My other focus is to help Improve Realtor business. This is done in many forms but not limited to.
Exposer - putting your information and/or listings information in front of my database of thousands of perspective clients weekly. Which would be done through email, marketing and networking campaigns.
I would like to build a long lasting relationship with my realtor base. A team that we can both benefit from for days to come and leave a legacy for us and our families.
I offer all programs Conventional, FHA, VA, Home Path and Non Conforming products. I have a great relationship with our operations department. All processing, underwriting and funding of our loans, takes place at my location. We have 100% control of the file which most lenders don't. This allows for a very smooth process which we can close loans in 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish. We prioritize purchases.
