Ken holds the AMP, Accredited Mortgage Professional, designation and is very technically oriented. Over 60% of loan production comes from previous clients. 1031's to First-Time-Buyers...  Known for always closing the transaction, Ken's expert staff is the best in the north state. 

Our clients are asked to complete survey's about their experiences with us.  These help us recognize the needs of our clients and to keep our service levels up.  Think about that for just a moment.  Haven't you found that whenever you've had poor service, that's a company that never survey's?  It's because they don't want to hear about their service levels!  And, the best service providers seem to always ask how they did.  It's not just to win praise.  It's being used to improve the experiences of their customers.  On a scale of 1 to 5, (5 being best), we receive 5's on the majority of our survey's in all categories. 

In-house closings help to streamline transactions where speed is important.  For example, we received application and a rush request by our partner-agent on a Tuesday; asked our appraiser to rush a report, which we received on Wednesday; we delivered loan documents to escrow that very day.  We could have recorded that Friday but for factors not related to the financing. (We can close in as little as a week with a normal buyer and property.)

Ken has served on the Board of Directors, and Officer, of Habitat for Humanity Shasta Cascade.  He currently is a Board Member of People of Progress http://www.peopleofprogress.org , a local food bank and resource center.
