I've been in Real Estate since 1991. When I entered this career in Florida interest rates were 9.5% and I took credit information and faxed it to lenders. We were actually high tech for the time. Now I am here in Denver helping some of the most sophisticated and well educated clients on the face of the earth into their new Highlands Ranch Homes. I work primarily from South Denver to Castle Rock. I am a professional in the Real Estate industry and not a salesperson that chases deal after deal forgetting past clients. Referrals are the best source of income and I like having clients for life. I also mentor four agents and help them to be successful. I am fortunate enough to have a full time administrator and part time marketing assistant.
I am the Team Leader of The Kuchar Team and hold my license at Cherry Creek Properties LLC. It is my goal to build a business worth owning and a life worth living. I enjoy the personal relationship aspect of real estate and getting to know the people who choose to do business with me. The great thing about real estate is that it allows me to have a flexible schedule and spend time with my family while still meeting the needs of my clients.

In 17 years of selling homes I've handled about every type of property you can imagine. From manufactured homes to bank owned to vacant land to mansions I've been involved. If there is one area I excel in it is assisting sellers. I try to imagine who the most probable buyer for a property will be and then figure out where they will be searching for homes. Getting people to look at the home is my specialty. I drive traffic through magazine ads, homes.com, realtor.com, trulia, google, zillow, craigslist and about 50 other high tech sites. Believe me we are not hard to find online and in the neighborhood. My marketing pieces are professional and give buyers good useable information in a well thought out manner. I work well with buyers as well because I listen to what they want and know the transaction process as well as anybody. I specialize in Highlands Ranch Homes.

| Matt was very engaging from day 1 throughout the entire process and even afterwards. My wife and I were very pleased with his experience and expertise. | I had a very pleasant experience with Matthew Kuchar as my agent. I was left with the responsibility of selling my father's house after his unexpected death and had no knowledge of the real-estate world. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. | My experience with Matt Kuchar was the best. He is very good at what he does and as a result of much effort on his part he made the process of finding and closing on a new home stress-free for me.
