We have been in business nationwide for the past 23 years, selling over 25,000 homes valued at over Eight Billion Dollars. Staged and Home Managed Homes sell far faster and for more money than vacant homes. Our Home Managers pay the sellers utilities, and maintain the properties exterior while providing elegant furniture and accessories. The home is always ready to show, the lights have been turned on and music is playing softly in the background. Never sell a house vacant again! Our fees are 3/4% of the list price at closing and a set up fee at the time of placement of the manager. If you want to view some of our work we have a full variety of designed and staged homes for your viewing by appointment.
