She served as President of the Parent Teacher Student Organization at both Lord Baltimore Elementary School and Indian River High School. She has also served on several advisory boards for various organizations within Sussex County. Prior to becoming a full-time REALTOR®, Shirley managed her family business for more than 30 years.
