| We couldn't be more satisfied with the service Shilo Zitting and his “Z Mortgage Team” at “Christian Roberts” gave us, they were fantastic!! They handled our mortgage loan needs for our new home here in Montrose, Colorado and they locked us in at an unheard of low rate! Although I was a little nervous at first to hire them only because, we were in different states, “they are in Utah and we are in Colorado”, those fears were soon diminished, as it was as if his office was right here locally! We always had immediate access to everything we needed, we were kept informed every step of the process, they were so helpful and friendly and they conducted themselves very professionally and always watched out for our needs. If Shilo was going to be with another client of his, he always let us know that he made sure David Card his partner would be available to answer any questions we might have. They were very prompted and responsive to every phone call. All of our questions were answered thoroughly every time, so that we always felt like we were making informed decisions. They were clear about what we needed to do (and by when) and always followed through when anything required action on their side. Everything went so smoothly, I just couldn’t believe it! We were even receiving compliments from all over Montrose on these guys! Who the heck are these people? This team is so quick! We would like to keep their contact information if that’s ok with you? I wish our lenders did this great of a job! Just days before closing when the seller’s realtor was panicked, because they thought we were going to run into some problems. Shilo and his “Z Mortgage Team” were very reassuring that everything was under control and they came through with flying colors. This was our 3rd home in 30 years and I can honestly say that the service and handling of our loan we received was top-notch! We would happily use them again and if I could recommend a company to handle all your loan needs, there in Utah or here in Colorado, I would totally recommend Shilo Zitting and his “Z Mortgage Team” hands down! |
